We develop multiple layout options to help you visualize what’s possible. You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine these plans, ensuring the final direction aligns with your lifestyle and enhances your home’s flow.
We give you a ballpark investment range based on the scope and show you a few early finish ideas.
You’ll walk away from this phase knowing what the project includes and a solid investment range to plan around.
Phase 2: Design Finalization
Once we’ve agreed on a layout and scope, we move into the details—without rushing.
We’ll help you pick everything—tile, cabinets, lighting, plumbing, flooring—based on your budget and style.
We create a comprehensive set of architectural and construction drawings. These documents serve as the blueprint for your project, ensuring accuracy and alignment across every stage of execution. so everyone (our team and yours) knows what’s happening.
