Built in 1921, this once-majestic home was in major disrepair. Its intricate architecture bore scars of weathering and neglect, but we were on a mission to bring it back to its former glory, intertwining the elegance of the past with the innovations of the present. With careful planning and a reverence for its heritage, the transformation became a delicate dance between preservation and modernization.We restored the exterior while reimagining the interior for modern living. The grand entryway, majestic staircase, and stone fireplace maintain the home’s historic charm, while the new kitchen and baths, adorned with high-end finishes including granite, breathe new life into the house.This modernized craftsman style house is a testament to our ability to marry the old with the new, appreciating a home’s heritage while embracing the advancements of the modern era.
