Turn of The Century: Mount Lebanon Kitchen
Project Details
The client’s main concern for this kitchen is not only updating it, but also maintaining the Italian style villa of the existing house. We did not have the option of changing the footprint, but we did close up a window to give the client some much needed wall space and we moved the range to an exterior wall so that it would vent outside. We moved the plumbing as well.

Features + Challenges
- The main challenge of this space was that the floors, walls, and ceilings were all cement underneath
- Running new lighting required us to drop the ceiling down and running new electrical and moving plumbing and electrical was very tricky in this space
- Maintaining the look of the house was also very important in making design selections
How Our Design-Build Process Works
We get to know your home, understand how you live, and map out the possibilities. This includes layout options, a realistic investment range, and a clear scope of work so everyone’s aligned from the start.
Once the big decisions are made, we dive into the details—materials, finishes, drawings, and walkthroughs. We’ll help you make confident selections and lock in a fixed price before we build a thing.

With everything approved and ordered, our in-house team and trusted trade partners get to work. You’ll get daily updates, streamlined communication, and a build that runs the way it should.
