Our client desired a home in the city to downsize and simplifying their lifestyle. They decided to build a sleek and modern home featuring smart technology under the direction of an Architect. The main living space is surrounded by large windows to capture the beautiful city views and brighten the kitchen space with natural light. The open kitchen space is the heart of the home featuring a large island perfect for prepping meals and hosting family gatherings. The client loved the warmth of the flooring and kitchen cabinetry. The bright white quartz was the perfect contrast for the dark tones. Custom wood-look cabinetry was installed at the Master suite for an attractive and durable storage solution.
